All SMS and Voice Calls are chargable on BLOCK OUT DAYS 25/12/2011, 31/12/2011 and 01/01/2012. IN HYD,BSNL.

I am not subscribed to any service of bsnl on my mobile. But bsnl has deducted Rs. 20 in the name of 'Easyyvault' within this month on 15may2012. Kindly refund wrong deduction amount.
